I've heard this song on the radio before and thought nothing of it until today. I mean, I've always liked it and never changed the station when it was on but I've never actually payed attention to it.
But today it came on while I was in the car with my mom. The station was 107.7 The End, a station she doesn't really care for and only listens to with me. So this song came on and my mom of all people reaches to turn the volume up and exclaims, "Have you heard this song before? This was popular when I was a kid." Of course the version we were listening was re-done by Pearl Jam in 1999. But anyways this made me actually listen to the song and the lyrics and such.
I actually cried. For the very first time in my life I actually cried from listening to a song.
"She's gone to heaven so I've got to be good, so I can see my baby when I leave this world." I think this is the line that made me break.
Please listen to this song so you know what I mean. It's great.

Spring Fever;
The sun shining, the birds chirping, the trees blooming. Spring is in the air and I can feel it! I know, I know, sounds cliche`, but it's the only way I know how to put it. Today was just a really great day. School didn't even seem as dreadfully boring as usual! But the real fun started after school.
First thing was track practice. As I was walking to the locker room, I could tell that practice was bound to be fun just because it was such a nice day out. And I was right. First we did the warm up drill and some sprint workouts which I hate but that didn't last too long. Then it was off to the jav. I think my favorite thing to throw has to be the Javelin. Today, was the first day that I got to really throw it, and I think with practice, I could get pretty good at it! Then the shot put was definitely not the same story. Unlike the jav, the shot put requires a lot of physical strength, which I just do not have. Oh well, it's still fun to throw and I'm getting better at it, I think.
Then after track, I went home, ate some cereal, and decided to go roller blading with my dog. I mean, it was so sunny and perfect, why not? I was a tad bit nervous because on roller blades, Lilee could easily become the one in control but she ended up being a really good dog. There was one moment where I going pretty fast and all of a sudden she randomly stops to go poo and I kinda lost my balance there but no real harm. For the most part, she pretty much stayed clear of all other dogs, only sniffing their butts a quick moment and she was done. So I think rollerblading with my dog will definitely be something I'll do more often!
Ok so now the Office is on! Gotta go!

So;
There were a lot of things that happened today that didn't make me especially happy. I'm not going to go into much detail because I love the people who made me sad and don't want them to get upset. But I felt unappreciated and... I don't know, just blah.
Anyways, tonight was the Variety show and it was actually pretty good for the most part. I didn't realize how many talented kids there were in my school. I really want to do something for it next year. Maybe a skit or dance or solo. Hmmm, I suppose I'll put more thought into it next year when it actually comes close.
Well I think I shall call it a night. And I'm off to the television.

My review on the Changeling;
Five stars. All I've got to say is that this is the best movie I've seen in a long time. Just thinking about the movie makes me want to break down in tears! Every single actor/actress did a superb job. The storyline was just so intense, I can't believe it was a true story! So anyways, I just wanted to express my feelings about the movie and I recommend it to anyone!!!
